Søstre til evig tid (2025) is the final part of a trilogy by and with the sisters and dance artists Anne Katrine and Liv Hanne Haugen, and which has spanned more than three decades. The previous productions were Søstre (2003) and Søstre 11 år (2014).
The production is a continuation and deeper examination of themes such as connection and authenticity, and of carrying forward a legacy. The starting point for this production is the paternal line and two significant incidents in the immediate family. How do we deal with loss and the grief that it can bring?
